Management Robert Lunde, CEO Mr. Lunde joined the board of UraniumCore in July of 2006 and became President in September of 2006. Prior to joining UraniumCore, Mr. Lunde was CEO and a Director of RoomLinX Inc. from January 2001 to June 2005. Mr. Lunde and his team were responsible for growing the RoomLinX WI-FI installation business from a start-up to over two million dollars per year in sales. Mr. Lunde was instrumental in raising the capital to finance the Company’s installations and operations through private placement equity issues. Prior to his appointment at RoomLinX, Mr. Lunde successfully provided corporate advice and financing assistance to various private and publicly traded companies. Mr. Lunde is President and Director of Rolar Consulting Inc., under which he conducts his corporate consulting business. Ken Lunde Ken Lunde graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology 1976 (Extractive Metallurgy Option of Chemistry and Metallurgy Program) Ken has worked with Teck/Cominco for in the Research and Development for 21 years and the Analytical Services for 3 years. Ken has extensive experience working with the latest technologies and techniques in Chemical metallurgy. Mr. Lunde’s has an extensive knowledge of metallurgy and the refining process. He completed the B.C. Government Assayers Certificate in 1977 and the Canadian Securities Course in 1982. Mr. Dennis Petke, Director Mr. Petke is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (1995). Currently serving as a director and/or chief financial officer for a number of private and public companies, his responsibilities include strategic and overall financial management for these companies. Mr. Petke has accumulated extensive experience in the area of corporate finance, including negotiating and implementing private and public company mergers, as well as facilitating private placement, preference share, convertible debenture, special warrant and debt financings. |
